Amla can prove to be beneficial for those who are suffering from obesity. In fact, according to the NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information), a research conducted on Amla confirms this. The research conducted on mice believed that Amla is found to have a quality relieving the problem of antiobcity i.e. obesity. Based on this fact, it can be assumed that the problem of obesity using Amla can be relieved to some extent. However, at the same time, the patient needs to take special care of regular exercise and balanced catering so that the patient can positively get the benefits of Amla in this problem.

2. Beneficial for Cardiovascular Health

It can also be considered beneficial to use Amla to reduce cardiovascular risks and maintain cardiovascular health. A research on Amla was conducted by the Indian Journal of Pharmacology in this regard. Research found that Amla intake can help reduce increased lipids as well as reduce increased blood pressure.
